Every MADE service is available as a standalone engagement or as an add-on to an existing CONNECT or BUILD strategy project.
MADE – Sourcing
Finding the right manufacturer is one of the most time-consuming, frustrating, and consequential decisions a product brand makes. Most founders spend months in the wrong conversations – with vendors who can't meet their quality standards, don't understand their category, or disappear mid-sampling.
MADE – Sourcing identifies and vets manufacturers and vendors aligned to your product category, quality tier, and production scale. Available for fashion, beauty, accessories, and packaging. Domestic and international.
Research
Research-based – no direct vendor/manufacturer contact. Expedited package, for founders who want a qualified starting point and can handle outreach themselves.
What You Receive:
- Curated list of 6-8 vendors or manufacturers by category, location, MOQ (if public), price tier (if public), and accreditation status (where public)
- Supplier contact information
- Sourcing roadmap
Additional fee applies for extended list requests.
Vetting
Monthly extension rate is applied for ongoing sourcing.
Everything in Research plus direct supplier outreach – we contact vendors/manufacturers, gather real MOQ and pricing information, confirm accreditation status, assess capabilities, and deliver a qualified shortlist you can confidently move forward with.

MADE – Development
Starting at $2,500 · Project Fee · 4 Installments or Monthly
Taking a product from concept to production-ready requires a specific kind of discipline – technical, commercial, and creative all at once. Most founders either skip steps or don't know which steps exist.
MADE – Development manages the full production lifecycle on your behalf: from ideation through sampling, production, and shipping handoff. You bring your design files and vision. We manage the process that turns them into a manufacturable product – including direct vendor communication during sampling, revision management, and production oversight.

Development Phases
- Ideation & Design: ~2 months

Complexity Tiers
- Essential – Cotton tees, basics, simple jersey knits
- Standard – Button-downs, dresses, woven separates, simple sweater knits
- Specialty – Denim, leather, technical and custom fabrics, heavily treated or washed fabrics
- Complex – Blazers, tailoring, corsets, footwear, intricate/sculptural knitwear

Pricing by Complexity & Collection Size
Pricing is based on complexity tier and collection size. Starting at $2,500. All engagements begin with a discovery call where scope and investment are confirmed.

NEED HELP WITH ONLY PART OF THE PROCESS?
Not every brand needs full lifecycle management. If you're already in sampling, have an existing supplier relationship, or need support at a specific phase, MADE – Development can be scoped to your current stage. Every engagement is built around your actual situation – not a fixed starting point.
Custom scoping is discussed during your discovery call. Pricing is adjusted based on the phases engaged and the collection complexity.
Payment Schedule
Payments for MADE Development are structured as milestones by default – triggered at key production phases to ensure both parties are aligned before the next stage begins. Monthly billing is available as an alternative structure and can be discussed at signing.
During the Ideation & Design phase, CCB Studio works with the client to develop flat sketches and refine the design direction before production begins. Clients with existing design files are welcome to bring them – final design files are required before sampling begins. Travel, if required, is scoped and quoted separately.
MADE – Merchandising
$1,750 · 2-3 weeks
A strong product line and a strong assortment are not the same thing. Merchandising is the discipline that bridges the two – determining what to offer, in what depth, at what price, across which channels.
MADE – Merchandising builds the commercial framework your product line needs to perform at retail, wholesale, or DTC. Assortment architecture, open-to-buy planning, stock-to-sales strategy, and buy alignment – structured around your actual business, not a generic template.

MADE – Operations
Starting at $2,500/Month · 3-Month Minimum
Once a product is in production, the operational complexity multiplies. Vendor communication, timeline management, sampling approvals, inventory alignment – if no one is actively managing these, they manage you.
MADE – Operations provides ongoing production management support for brands with active manufacturing. This is not strategic advisory – it is hands-on operational involvement across a full production cycle.

MADE's Process
Discovery Call
Every MADE engagement begins with a 45-minute discovery call. Come ready to talk about where your product is and where you're stuck.
Proposal & Agreement
Within 48 hours you'll receive a scoped proposal outlining the service, timeline, deliverables, and investment. Once agreed, we send the SOW for signature.
Kickoff
After signing and first payment, we schedule your kickoff call. You'll receive access to your client portal and confirm all intake before work begins.
The Engagement
Work proceeds according to the service timeline – with regular touchpoints via calls, email, and Slack. Every milestone is documented in your client portal.
Delivery & Handoff
At close you receive a final summary, all deliverables, and a handoff brief. Ongoing services include a structured close so nothing falls through the cracks.
MADE + Strategy – Every MADE service can be added to an existing CONNECT or BUILD strategy engagement, or engaged as a completely standalone project.
